After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

If your Tshirt or Hoodies have not arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact email@example.com for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. This excludes:
1) personalized Tshirts , hoodies and apparel. You will only be allowed to return them if there was a printing or quality issue. Send us the item and upon confirmation of the issue we will either print a new item or refund you, as you wish. Thank you!
2) custom printed shoes. You will only be allowed to switch them out for the correct size needed in the same style shoe. Thank you!
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
